The 5 bed villa's come with all the usual fixtures and fitting including all kitchen utilities, towels, bed linen, screened pool with pool furniture, TV, TV in the master bedrooms, DVD player.

Most come with 2/3 of the following, Games Consoles, Upgraded furinture, games room, spa, Jaccuzi, TV's in all bedrooms.
